- Localization or Assignment of the resident engineer as per request or interest of organizations or customer at their supplier premises.
- Review the effective monitoring of Product and Process parameters from Raw material to Finish goods by safety measures and highlight the major Quality issues to Top Management or Customer(if customer involved).
- Monitoring of Customer Delivery and highlight the issues in advance to top management or customer(if customer involved)..
- Monitoring of Production critical issues related to Man, Machine and Tools which will hamper the production. Highlight the issues in advance to top management or customer(if customer involved)..
- During Product launch or SOP, support the organization to diagnosing the manufacturing issues which will affect the product Quality.
- Support to implement the corrective actions of system Audit or customer specific Audits.
- Resident Engineer will support in many ways:
- Enhance and Improve Quality Management System by implementing the corrective actions.
- Conduct the reviews with organization CFT members
- Highlight the issues in implementation to Top management, Senior Consultant or Customer (If Customer is involved).
- Gap Assessment with CFT to improve the Quality, Production and Delivery.
- Prepare an Action Plan to improve the Quality, Production and Delivery.
- Daily monitoring of an Action plan and support for closures.
